Wings are one of my favorite foods. I will eat them fried, grilled, sauced, breaded, you make them and I love them. I especially like oven baked wings. They are easy to make, and even easier to clean up. No pulling out a fryer or lighting a grill. I also prefer my wings unsauced. They stay crisper and I can add as much sauce as I want.
Let me talk you through this recipe, shouldn’t be a long read because they are that easy. First I line my sheet pan with foil, faster clean up. Spread all the wings out and season both sides with a steak seasoning of your choice. Then I make a marinade and toss them all in it. After that I just simply bake and then right at the end broil them on both sides. Perfect wings everytime.
Serve these up with your favorite wing sauce and ranch or blue cheese dip. Trust me they will not last long at your party.
Oven Baked Wings
- 2 pounds of chicken wings (I used a combo of wing portions and drumettes)
- Steak seasoning
- 1/3 cup oil (I used grapeseed)
- 2 tablespoons worchershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 400 and line a sheet pan with foil.
Place wings in single layer on the sheet pan and season both sides with steak seasoning.
In a small bowl mix together oil, worchershire sauce, soy sauce, Italian dressing, and paprika.
Pour marinade over wings and toss wings to coat.
Cook at 400 for 30 minutes, turn wings over and cook for additional 20 minutes.
Broil wings on each side for 3 minutes.
Serve with wing sauce and dips of your choice.
